SMOOTHIES/ BOWLS
A wide variety of tasty and healthy smoothies that can be consumed alone or transformed into a delicious smoothie bowl.
All of these recipes are the versions I love to make but you can swap out any ingredients for whatever you may like. Feel free to experiment with your favorite fruits/ vegetables and create whatever your taste buds crave!

If you prefer your smoothies runnier so you can drink them alone (not as a smoothie bowl) then add more water before blending it.
If you want a thicker smoothie then add less water.
To save time, prepare all ingredients and put them in a container. Store in the fridge or freezer and take out the following morning.
MIXED BERRY
1/2 cup of mixed berries
3/4 -1 banana
1/4 cup of water or milk
Few mango chunks
Topped with granola, chia seeds, pepitas and flax seeds
CHOCOLATE
1 banana
2T cocoa powder
1T almond butter
1T yogurt
1T chia seeds
1 cup water/ milk
Optional: spinach, berries, mango.

WATERMELON
1 banana
2 slices of watermelon
Handful of berries
Chia seeds
Optional add ins: yogurt, mango, other fruits, powders
ROSE CHOC
1 banana
1t cocoa powder
1T maca powder
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1t almond butter
1/2 cup of strawberries and blueberries
water or milk
Optional: acai powder, protein powder
Stir in cocoa nibs after blending to make it unique and interesting.
TROPICAL GREEN
1/2-1 Banana
Small handful of frozen mango
2x passionfruit pulp
Handful of spinach
Few chunks of pineapple
Water or milk
Optional: Protein powder, spirulina, nut butters
Topped with granola, chia and pepita seeds, goji berries and almonds
BERRY OATY
1/4 cup of oats
Water or milk
1/2 cup of frozen berries
Few chunks of mango
Dash of honey/ maple/ rice malt syrup
Optional: Acai powder, nut butter, protein powder

Topped with granola, goji berries, chia, flax and pepita seeds.
SUPERFOOD CHOCOLATE
1 banana
1t maca powder
1TÂ chia seeds
Chocolate protein powder
1T cocoa powder
Water or milk
Optional: Strawberries or pitted dates for extra sweetness
PEANUT BUTTER BERRY
3/4-1 banana
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup of strawberries & raspberries
2 scoops of yogurt
Water or milk
ACAI
1 frozen acai puree sachet
1 banana
Small handful of diced pineapple
Optional: Protein powder, mango, mixed berries.
Topped with flax, chia and pepita seeds, granola, nuts, blueberries and goji berries
GREEN
1 Banana
1 cup of frozen greens (kiwi, kale, spinach)
2T yogurt of choice
1/2 cup of water or milk
(spirulina, greens powder or protein powder is a good add in)
CHERRY
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
Small handful of raspberries
1/4 mango
Optional: acai powder, more fruits, nut butters
SPIRULINA
1 banana
1/4t spirulina
1-2 pitted dates
1T nut butter
Optional add ins: protein powder, yogurt
SUPER ACAI
1 banana
1t acai powder
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2t maca powder
protein powder
water or milk
ice
Topped with almonds, blueberries, trail mix and cocoa nibs
POWER BLEND
1 banana
1t acai powder
1t spirulina
1/2 cup frozen greens (kale, spinach, kiwi)
1t chia seeds
1T almond butter

CHOC ALMOND
1 banana
1 heaped tbsp cocoa
3 dates
1 tbsp almond butter or almonds
Ice

½ tsp maca powder
1T chia seeds
1T flax seeds
TROPICAL
1 banana

1 passion fruit
Frozen pineapple (few chunks)
