Simply eating breakfast reduces your risk of obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes. It improves your memory, performance, concentration, nutrition and contributes to maintaining a healthy BMI.
Never hungry?
If you have a habit of snacking just before bed, try to avoid doing that if you aren't actually hungry. But of course, do NOT starve yourself. It is horrible for your body and you will have trouble with energy levels and sleep. Drink a glass of water before you go to sleep and when you wake up to help your digestion.
Don't have time?
To save time, (if wanting to make a smoothie) put all the ingredients you need in a container and store in the fridge or freezer. Take out the following morning, add water and blend it together. Done!
If your mornings are really rushed and you are wanting to make oats, use the overnight recipe and you can swap out the ingredients for whatever recipe/ flavor you desire.
It may be difficult at first but try to go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. Once you get out of bed and have time to make a nutritional breakfast, your mood and overall well-being will be better, trust me!
Never know what to make?
